    Amy has been my PT for over a year now, without Amy my results would not be what they are a year on. I never wanted a PT to let me get away with "giving up" and I can assure you that Amy motivates, supports and controls the session to maximise the end result! It seems that Amy understands my body, she pushes when it's needed and sees when it's the "true time" to take a breath! Mixing up each session with high tension bands, small and large fitness balls, step and all the equipment needed to refine each body part. I can ask Amy for help and she gives it, work out plans for my gym work, diet and food plans for each meal. Amy is a modern PT, she keeps up to date with "what's new", often she will be on seminars and courses to ensure that modern and old PT is refined to promote the best results."
