  1. Memberships are available to over 18’s only and subject to suitability of PAR-Q. Memberships are subject to availability and at the discretion of A. West
  2. Video Call Session Cancellations: Please give 24-hour notice should you need to re-schedule a session. If less than 8 hours’ notice is given of cancellation, the monthly session will be forfeited. If A. West must cancel the session, then this will be re-arranged at a mutually convenient time. *
  3. Sessions are for 30 minutes via phone call or video call. If you are late for a session, this time will be deducted from your session if necessary. If the trainer is late time will be made up at a mutually convenient time. The monthly session is to be taken within date to date monthly membership. If your monthly session cannot be arranged, time in lieu will carry over to the following month up to a maximum of 3 months. *
  4. Every effort will be made to offer regular session times should this be required but this cannot be guaranteed. Booking can be made up to 10 weeks in advance. *
  5. Technology is a wonderful thing but on occasion this may interrupt the PT session due to technical difficulties. Should the call fail, attempts will be made to re-establish connections, should this continue to fail any remaining minutes will be made up at a mutually convenient time. It is your responsibility to be connected to internet or signal area and have sufficient battery at the allotted appointment time. *
  6. Should you have a regular time slot for your sessions, if you cancel 3 consecutive sessions please be aware that your future slots cannot be guaranteed but A. West will try to accommodate when possible. This is not applicable to pre-booked “breaks” such as holidays or known periods of absence. *
  7. Your session fees include: 30-minute PT phone/video call session OR personalised exercise video; support contact via text or e-mail for support between sessions (if required); weekly progress check in. An individually tailored exercise programme for you to follow at home or in a gym based environment. Tools and tips for fitness/goal assessments to monitor progress. Exercise plan reviews, food diary to monitor healthy eating with nutritional advice plan and recipes (if required). Please note that food diaries and advice are not prescriptive nutritional plans. Programmes are reviewed with continuing membership as A. West recommends for progression. The above does not apply to Bronze Memberships. *
  8. Online membership access is available to all memberships. At times when this is being updated or experiencing technical difficulties A. West will do her best to rectify any technical difficulties as quick as possible and provide an alternative access method where possible. Individual logins will be created; do not pass this information on to others, this is monitored and sharing unauthorised access to non-members will result in your membership being revoked without refund.
  9. Your membership is activated via ‘My Account’ at Payment is made via PayPal or debit/credit card using the checkout provided. Your membership will start from the first payment date and will be automatically deducted monthly using the payment method registered with. By clicking the 'Agree' button, you agree and consent to use PayPal for automatic payments to Amy West PT and you authorise Amy West PT to directly debit your PayPal account or Debit/Credit Card accordingly. PayPal payments will be made in accordance with the terms of the PayPal User Agreement applicable to "pre-approved payments". Payments will be made with your default payment method unless you select a preferred payment method. To make a change, log in to your account and go to My money in your Profile, then update the “My pre-approved payments” section.
  10. Gold and Silver memberships are a minimum of 3 months’ subscription from the first payment date. You can unsubscribe after this period or you will be automatically rolled in for another 3-month period. Bronze memberships are a roll in monthly subscription from the first payment date. Users can unsubscribe anytime or you will be automatically renewed monthly. Should you wish to cancel your membership provide 14 days’ notice (Gold and Silver Memberships Only) in writing to A. West and unsubscribe payments via your PayPal account. You can upgrade your membership at any time in the ‘My Account’ section of where you will be redirected to PayPal. You can downgrade memberships at the end of the subscription term for that membership.
  11. By providing your mobile number and e-mail address you agree for A.West to contact you with information required for your membership via these methods. If you would prefer an alternative, please discuss directly with A. West. By providing your e-mail address you will automatically sign up to you can unsubscribe any time via a link provided in the e-mail.
  12. Refunds for whole or part of monthly memberships will not be given. Membership is for a minimum of 3 months (Bronze 1 month), should you wish to cancel your membership within the minimum period you will still be invoiced, this can be done in the form of a final invoice for the total balance remaining of the membership period or continued scheduled payments.
  13. You are required to inform A. West of any changes to your medical profile that may affect your exercise programme. It is your responsibility to ensure your suitability before embarking on a new exercise regime or changing your diet. It is your responsibility to inform Amy West of any changes to your address or contact details.
  14. Online Group Chat - This access is available to all memberships and is via Facebook. The group is private to members only and cannot be searched or viewed by public. Any inappropriate discussion or posts reported or viewed will result in removal from the group and may result in your online PT membership being revoked without refund. A West has the right to revoke any membership without refund. This group is for Online PT Members and Platinum Clients for support and general questions. Please do not include personal information or reference personalised plan information. Platinum and Gold Members please contact A. West via the direct methods included in your membership for personal support.
  15. You are responsible for a safe training environment, correct footwear and clothing during exercise.
  16. I ask for 100% effort from you. I can give you the tools, support and motivation but reaching your goals needs your dedication.
